Frequently Asked Questions (and tips)

We’ll be adding to FAQ’s pretty much every month. So if you’ve got a burning question, why not send it to us? We’ll be only too happy to send you a full answer and we might even post it here too!

Payment (4)

We accept cash only at the moment. Payment must be made before the massage session begins.

We do not accept gift vouchers at the moment. However, there are plans to accept named vouchers in 2016. We will announce any change in our ‘latest news’ section and social media.

Prior to a massage session the masseuse sends the client’s name and ID number  e.g. Driving licence number to our office and immediately returns the ID to the client. This information  is held by our office until we are notified that the appointment is concluded and the client has left the premises, after which the details are destroyed. We will never use, sell or pass on any of our clients’ ID information.

It has long been our policy  to request clients’ photo ID at the time of payment. There are two main  reasons for this. First: Help the police identify anyone who assaults or threatens our masseuses and Second: prevent the use of false names when booking. This protects the masseuse and anyone whose name or other information is being used without their knowledge.

It’s inevitable that from time to time clients will arrive late for a massage. Whatever the reason – slow traffic, errant sat-navs or leafs on the line, we do our best to make your appointment happen. Try not to get stressed… things happen.

It is very important that you call the office to let us know you will be late. This will give us time to make any necessary schedule adjustments if we can. A few minutes delay isn’t too much of a problem but much longer delays do cause problems. Please take note of the following points:

  1. You must call the office to let us know you are running late and the time you expect to arrive.
  2. If we do not receive a call your session will be calculated from the confirmed appointment time and full payment will be requested.
  3. If we cannot shift the whole session we may have to shorten the session time so as not to impinge on other appointment.
  4. You will still be required to have a shower before your session starts, however this time will be deducted from your session. (Normally, shower time would not affect your massage time.)

Not turning up at all is unacceptable. We will not accept any further bookings from anyone so disrespectful as to not show up without some explanation.

Booking an appointment (4)

We have put this requirement in place to protect our masseuses from potential harm. The purpose is to be able to identify anyone who threatens or assaults on of our masseuses. Some clients have been known to give a false name when booking. So, to prevent any confusion over identity we now require that all clients show their driving licence (with photo) or a valid passport.

Sometimes you can change the massage after you arrive. The masseuse decides if it is possible. The set-up of the massage room may also need to be changed which will take time. This time will be deducted from your scheduled duration. Any difference in price must be paid in advance.

We will always confirm the massage, duration and price with you at booking.

Doing so allows the masseuse to prepare properly for your session. Your chosen massage will also determine how much time is needed for your session – massages range from 60 to 150 minutes. For studio appointments this means we can properly plan, removing the need for clients to wait around when they arrive and not have to rush clients after their relaxing massage.
Knowing the duration and type of massage a mobile masseuse is doing directly affects how we plan her schedule for the day. This means masseuses are more likely to arrive on time to your appointment.

We are aware that some clients have had quite negative experiences elsewhere e.g.being told a price before booking only to find it’s been inflated when they arrive. The price we confirm with you will not change unless you, the client, make changes to the massage or duration with our office. Masseuses are not permitted to change a confirmed price.

It is now possible  to book your massage day or night via our website. Bookings made online must be at least 24 hours in advance. Once you’ve selected the massage, venue and duration you’d like the system will only allow you to book masseuses that are available for that type of booking.
If your booking is to be at your home or hotel you must include the full address and postcode.

You will receive a provisional booking via email. You’ll be notified of a confirmed booking within 6 working hours. We may call you before sending a confirmation.
Do NOT make onward arrangements without first receiving a confirmed booking email from us. Please be aware that our office is closed after 2:00pm on Sunday.

We strongly defend our masseuses when it comes to hygiene at work. For this reason we request that all clients shower at the massage studio before their session. It means clients are squeaky clean on the massage couch and it shows respect for the job masseuses do. Please note: Time used for having a shower does not reduce your massage time..so there is no reason to feel rushed.

N.B – Masseuses reserve the right to refuse a booking if  a client’s personal hygiene is less than acceptable.

This is one of the most asked questions we receive. The short answer is: Touching is not allowed without the direct permission of the masseuse.

Naturist and Tantric massage are hugely exciting. So it’s natural to want to touch your masseuse while she is making you feel amazing. However, it is a mark of respect to always ask your masseuse if you can touch and always appreciated when clients as. And her answer MUST be respected. If the answer is yes please remain respectful.
Permission to touch does not give permission to grope or behave inappropriately. If this happens your masseuses will end the session immediately.

Your session ends when the booked time is up. We offer a massage service based on time. The masseuse will continue your massage until your time has elapsed.

Massage for women (4)

Shyness affects many of our first-time clients. It’s one thing to have a therapy massage but getting a Deluxe or Tantra massage can be even more daunting! Even so, we wouldn’t want this to prevent you trying one of our fantastic massages. So, to help all you shy ones we offer the following suggestions:

  1.  Book your massage at least 2 or more days in advance. A rushed booking is going to make you feel more anxious.
  2. Discuss your chosen massage with us and share any concerns before you book.
  3. If having a home/hotel visit, get ready and then relax before your masseuse arrives. If visiting our studio, give yourself plenty of time to arrive on time.
  4. Have a chat with your masseuse/masseur before your session begins. Talking always helps!
  5. If you’re concerned about being nude right at the start of your massage don’t worry. Your masseuse will cover you with a towel until later on when you feel more comfortable and confident.
  6. Ask for the lights to be dimmed right down.

If you have any concerns or questions about booking or want to know what it’s like to have a sensual massage you can request a call via our contact page or give us a call on 01234301952 between 10:00am.and 9:00pm.

Lots of women are booking sensual and therapy massages with us. Some on their own and others are booking for themselves and their partners. the most popular solo massage for women is Tantra Yoni Combo.

The short answer is no. You really don’t need to shave for  any of our massages. But we do understand why so many women ask this question. It’s normal to want to look and feel good; to feel comfortable when you undress.  However, having underarm/pubic hair  will not interfere with your massage at all. nor will it matter to your masseuse.

Your masseuse doesn’t want you to be worrying about it when you should be focused on enjoying your massage. And shaving could cause skin irritation  – not what you want just before your session. So, just come as you. It’s fine with us.

We do understand that you feel this way. Quite a few women express the same feeling ; especially when it’s the first time having a sensual massage. While some are just very shy, others worry that their body will not measure up to that of the masseuse.

Whatever your reason we would encourage you to not stress out too much. The good news is, you’re in very good hands! We don’t expect everyone to have gravity-defying breasts or be a perfect size 8. We love varietyl.Your masseuse/masseur will be happy to take time to chat with you about it and try to calm your fears. So, whatever your age or body-shape, rest assured your masseuse/masseur will be happy to see you!

There are some practical things your masseuse/masseur can do:

  • Dim the room lights so you feel less exposed getting on and off the massage table
  • Allow you to keep your underwear on until your more relaxed and feel ready to remove them.
  • Perform the massage with your underwear on if you feel you must keep some clothing on.

And a few things you can do:

  • Prepare for your massage by not wearing any underwear at all. You’ll be amazed at how sexy you’ll feel while waiting for the session to start.
  • Take a long bath or shower. it’s a great way to chill out and feel more at ease with your body.
  • Think romantical thoughts! If you need to, watch a sexy or erotic movie to get the engine humming!

Once your massage session begins you’ll never be rushed to remove your clothing. it will happen when you’re ready. And once you’ve taken the plunge and finally gone nude…we think you’ll absolutely LOVE IT! 🙂

General (6)

In some cases, you can. However, it is our experience that having another person in the room often detracts from the experience. Please think carefully before you decide to bring someone along and check with us first if the masseuse will allow it.

First of all it’s great when men ask questions like this. Too many men suffer in silence with this problem. Unnecessarily. It can be devastating on a man’s feeling of self-worth and wreak havoc on a couple’s sex life. Speaking about it openly is the first step to sorting it out.
In most cases the problem can be fixed.

Can’t get it up?

First of all the inability to get and keep an erection (a hard-on)  is known medically as Erectile Dysfunction is much more common than most men realise. So don’t worry, you’re not alone and there’s lot’s of help and advice available.

Erectile dysfunction is a very common condition, particularly in older men. It is estimated that half of all men between the ages of 40 and 70 will have it to some degree. – NHS Choices.  (See the complete article here)

Not getting it up or keeping an erection has many causes so it may take a little while to figure out the exact cause in your case. An erection requires that many parts the  body and the mind work together. That is why some of the common causes of erectile dysfunction are physical or mental.

  • Stress
  • Extreme tiredness
  • Depression
  • Hormone imbalance
  • some types of medication

Other reasons include, cardiovascular disease, injury (including head injuries), high blood pressure and diabetes.

So what should you do first?

If you suffer from prolonged erectile dysfunction we strongly advise you to see your doctor! In many cases erectile dysfunction is a symptom of a much deeper problem*. Consulting your doctor is the smart thing to do. Does that mean you should panic? No. It means that not getting it up could be telling you something really important. Yes, as a guy you probably think going to the doctor makes you a wuss. We think you’re a wuss if you make excuses and don’t go.

So, can tantric massage help?

Tantric massage can be helpful in some cases. Lots of men have seen an improvement  after a number of tantric massage sessions, much to their relief! But in cases where the underlying reason is anatomical (physical) or medical the results may be less helpful.

If after seeing your doctor you receive a clean bill of health then the problem may be psychological/emotional. Speaking with a sex therapist or counselor may prove helpful.

Useful Tips

1. How to prepare for your massage at home – As if you were preparing for a night of unbridled passion…

  • Candles – Lots and lots of them. Placed around the room and out of harms way (not close to curtains or anything flammable) Long burners and scented.
  • Lights – Soft, muted and low level. Lamps instead of up-lighters; you won’t want to be on your back staring at an over-lit ceiling.
  • Music – Whatever suits your mood. Typically instrumental is better than vocal as your mind won’t focus on following the lyrics. Make your selection at least 15 minutes longer than your massage session; an abrupt stop to the music before your session is over can be a real mood-killer. Keep the volume really low as it will sound louder once you start to relax.
  • Heat – Crank up the heat a bit. You won’t be able to relax if you’re shivering. Your body will lose heat a lot faster once you’ve dropped the robe so 25 – 27 degrees at least. Close doors and windows and put something in front of the door if there’s any danger of draughts.
  • Mood – That’s right. The masseur or masseuse can only do so much to help you unwind mentally. So, if you can, for your own sake, take a bit of time to unwind. Sip a cup of herbal or fruit tea, put your feet up and slowly empty your mind of the days troubles. Look forward to a great massage and how much better you’ll feel after.
  • H2O – Hydrate with water, not beer or wine. (alcohol will make you feel parched) No glugging on the tap either or you’ll be dashing to the loo mid session. Not smart.
  • Dinner is PM (post-massage) – If you simply can’t wait then be sure to keep it light, light, light. You’re going to be lying face down for quite a while so your stomach may not appreciate being full just minutes before a massage session.
  • Switch off – That’s right. OFF. The TV, laptop, ipad, notebook, desktop, mobile and home phone – OFF. Did we miss anything?
  • Freshen up – Often overlooked but essential. A warm shower (not hot) will get rid of the days dirt, sweat and odours and set you on the road to feeling human again. Your masseuse or masseur will really appreciate the effort too.
  • Dress light so you won’t start sweating.

Note:

  • Guys: Butt cracks and feet too, ok?
  • Girls: Feet too. Remove your make-up and tie your hair up or back. Once you’re ready just lie back and think of a sun-kissed beach in the Caribbean… 🙂
