It’s inevitable that from time to time clients will arrive late for a massage. Whatever the reason – slow traffic, errant sat-navs or leafs on the line, we do our best to make your appointment happen. Try not to get stressed… things happen.
It is very important that you call the office to let us know you will be late. This will give us time to make any necessary schedule adjustments if we can. A few minutes delay isn’t too much of a problem but much longer delays do cause problems. Please take note of the following points:
- You must call the office to let us know you are running late and the time you expect to arrive.
- If we do not receive a call your session will be calculated from the confirmed appointment time and full payment will be requested.
- If we cannot shift the whole session we may have to shorten the session time so as not to impinge on other appointment.
- You will still be required to have a shower before your session starts, however this time will be deducted from your session. (Normally, shower time would not affect your massage time.)
Not turning up at all is unacceptable. We will not accept any further bookings from anyone so disrespectful as to not show up without some explanation.
